Refund and Payment Policy
At Shalom Hebrew, all lessons are live, personalized sessions designed specifically for each student.
Because of this, once a lesson has been completed, it cannot be refunded.
If you purchased a lesson package, you may request a refund for unused lessons within 14 days of purchase, provided that no lesson from the package has been used.
Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
If a lesson is canceled by Shalom Hebrew or cannot take place due to a technical issue on our side, you will receive a credit or a rescheduled session at no extra cost.

Include your full name, purchase date, and reason for cancellation.
All services offered by Shalom Hebrew are provided online, through live video lessons or digital learning materials.
Access to digital courses and materials is granted immediately upon payment confirmation.
For live private or group lessons, scheduling is completed through our online booking system or direct coordination with your assigned teacher.
